Happiness Guarantee

We offer a one-year guarantee on all our products, If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible.

If the product is faulty, we will send you a new item or provide a store credit - your choice.

If you purchased the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we'll swap it over no questions asked.

We do not offer refunds if you got what they asked for but simply changed your mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided you didn't like the purchase or had no use for it so please reach out if you have any queries of our products.

If for any other reason, you are not satisfied. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Replacements, Exchanges, and Store-Credits

To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • The issue (faulty product, we sent the wrong order/size)
  • An image or video of the fault (we may be able to help you with it)
  • What you'd like (exchange or store credit)
Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 14 business days, depending on your payment method.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
