Replacement Policy

Wrong size or wrong item — 30 days

Ordered a 53 mm tamper for a 58 mm machine? Send it back unused within 30 days of delivery and we will swap it for the right size at no charge. If we sent the wrong item, we cover the return postage.

Change of mind — 30 days

Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is at your cost and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

Faulty items — 12 months

If a product is faulty within 12 months of delivery, we will replace it or give you store credit, your choice. Send us your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the fault.

How to start a return

Email hello@cremaculture.com.au with your name, order number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Refunds and credits are issued within 5 business days of the item reaching us.

Not covered

Normal wear, damage from misuse, and consumables.
