It began in Melbourne's west in 2021 with a simple frustration: good coffee was easy to find in a café and hard to make anywhere else. So we put together the kits we wished existed, and kept the ones that earned a place in our own bags.
Every kit is built from tools we also sell on their own. We say exactly what each one needs — hot water, USB power, or your own espresso machine — and we publish a portafilter sizing guide so you buy the right size the first time.
